1st Post

Well, I thought it was appropriate to start a new blog, since the college chapter in my life is now over. It's hard to believe that had I not graduated, this week would have been the start of a new semester. Sure, in some ways I'm glad it's over, but in others, I miss it. Once again, everyone said that it would fly by, and I would miss it when it was gone, but of course, I didn't believe them. It is so nice though, to just work, and to come home and relax, and not have to worry about homework, or meetings, or other activities.

This week was my third week at Play & Grow Learning Center, and I am loving it there. I am currently a float, going to whatever classroom they need me. Next week, I will start floating between the 2 and 3 year old classrooms (There are 3 of them: for 2's, 2 1/2's, and 3's). I have to say, this is the most fun age I have got to work with yet. They're old enough to do things for themselves, tell us when something is wrong, yet young enough to be so darn cute :)

I am also working part-time at Famous Footwear. It gets to be a long day working 7 am-9 pm! But I love it there too, the people I work with are great, and it's fun to help the customers. It's nice to have the extra money, too, because before I know it, student loans will be kicking in!

Well.. I suppose that's all for now. I'm ready to go to bed!
