| 30 minutes.. 1.33 miles! I must have jogged a little bit more this time! I found that my workout went faster when I counted up to 30 minutes instead of down! |
Day 3: I ended up not walking on my treadmill because I took my Todds out for a walk at work. 3 of them in a buggy (They're all about 18-20 months) was a workout in and of itself! I definitely worked up a sweat (although that could be because it was dang muggy outside).
My goal again next week is 3 days of working out.. I'm hoping to throw in my Extreme Makeover Weight-Loss Edition DVD to change things up. I LOVE this workout!


This is awesome! I love to walk and actually seeing the miles add up makes me want to do it even more! I'm not brave enough to run though! :)
